I started Fine Point LLC because I enjoy working on homes and affordably solving problems. I have hired handyman jobs and learned what I liked about a project I have spent my hard-earned money on. I have years of experience and want to offer these services to you.
- I meet you before I do an estimate. This estimate is at no cost to understand the problem so I can provide a fair estimate and ensure my suppliers can provide the materials.
- I assure you that the costs will only shift for an apparent reason. If something needs investigating, I will include a cost-free bid. If something comes up that prevents completion, I will notify you immediately. All estimates have one-price service tasks: materials, tax, and labor pricing.
- After you are satisfied with the work, you make the payment.
- I only take on what I can do and give advice, at no cost, as to where you can find someone with the skills to complete the task.
- I have high standards and guarantee my work for 90 days.
